  • You also can choose products into the shopping cart, and then click "first purchase" on the checkout page. After that, you can fill out the basic information to join us and complete the purchase.
  • For the first membership application, your information will be asked to enter when you sign in next time. Your account will be the original setting of Email.
  • We will send relevant promotions and any information of notification to your email, so be sure to fill in the correct information. If you fill in incorrect information, it might cause trouble; such like: you couldn’t sign in successfully, you couldn’t receive the relevant information from us. Please must pay close attention!
  • When you have finished the application, the system will automatically send a confirmation letter to your email, please keep this letter and preserve your password privacy properly to protect your rights.
  • For the first membership application, your information will be asked to enter when you sign in next time. Due to a one-way encryption, we do not know the password which you set at the registered page. If you forgot your password, please turn to “Forgot Password” to fill in your email which you apply for and click “SEND”. After our system check is correct, the system will immediately send a verification link to your email mailbox.
  • If your account is registered by Facebook, we can not help you to reset the password. The password is stored in the Facebook system, so we are unable to get your Facebook password by clicking “Forgot Password” button.
  • Please go to "Member Center" to sign in, and then click on "Member Profile" to modify. To change your password, please enter the password you want on “Password” and “Re-confirm Password” again. After that, press “send” to change your password. Please wait till it pop up the window which shows “Successfully”, and then sign out immediately and re-sign in with your new password.
  • If your account is registered by Facebook, we can not help you to reset the password. The password is stored in the Facebook system, so we are unable to get your Facebook password by clicking “Forgot Password” button.

  • Step1: Click FACEBOOK to Log in.
  • Step2: Enter your Facebook account and password to sign in Facebook. If your browser has a record of the Facebook login information, it will skip this step.
  • Step3: Click "OK" to agree to authorize OB design to disclose your basic personal information.
  • Step4: Through this way to integrate Facebook account with the original OB design’s account. If you want to integrate with your original OB design’s account, please enter the correct account and password. After integrating successfully, you can start to use both of these two account, “FACEBOOK” and “OB design”, to sign in.

    ※ Note: If you choose to create a new account through Facebook account, you will no longer be able to integrate with the existing OB account in the future.

  • Step one: Click LINE icon to Log in.
  • Step two: Enter your LINE email account and password to Log in LINE.
  • Step Three: Click "Allow" to agree to authorize OB design to disclose your basic personal information.
  • Step four: Through this way to integrate LINE account with the original OB design’s account. If you want to integrate with your original OB design’s account, please enter the correct account and password, and then press “Confirm”. After integrating successfully, you can start to use both of these two accounts, “LINE” and “OB design”, to sign in.

    ※ Note: If you choose to create a new account through LINE account, you will no longer be able to integrate with the existing OB account in the future.

  • Delivery countries: Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, America, Canada, Australia, Philippines, and Dubai. Other countries/area will be open successively.
  • Hong Kong, Singapore Malaysia and Thailand are delivered by SF Express, other countries are delivered by YCS Express, (Depends on the region, YCS Express will assign their subsidiary and associated logistics to deliver.)
  • Fresh food cannot be delivered.
  • PO Box cannot be delivered.
  • In order to deliver more efficient, if you are in Hong Kong and Macao, please fill in Chinese for your shipping address; other regions , please fill in English. Please fill in the shipping information in the instructed language, otherwise, the order will be canceled. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Shipping time: Start from the shipping date stated on the order status and the Shipping Notification Letter.

    ※All parcels received or send by residential,Remote Area and non-business (residential) areas in Hong Kong will be charged HKD$30 by courier when delivering.

  • We accept VISA and MASTER credit card & PayPal.How to use the credit payment?

    1.We currently only support PayPal payment for foreign currency. If you choose PayPal at checkout page, it will be paid directly by foreign currency.
    2.If you choose RM as your currency of Paypal, the nationality of your Paypal account must be Malaysia to make payment.
    3.If you use other payments, the settlement will be calculated with “TWD”. Your actual total amount will be charged by the exchange rate of your bank of credit card.
    4.Due to transaction between different countries produce currency exchange fees, the price of products are calculated based on the exchange rate and fees.
    5.Paypal does not support receiving RMB and VND, and the settlement will be calculated with “TWD”. Your actual total amount will be charged by the exchange rate of your bank of credit card.

    ◎Reminder:
    1.Please be noted that IMPORT TAX will be charged at the time of oversea delivery in most countries, except China, Hong Kong and Macau. Charges vary from different countries and package value. The import tax or any related fees imposed by local customs are the responsibility of the customer.
    2.Consignee are required to follow the import regulation and restrictions (contraband goods .. etc.) of your country/regions, or related legal issues will be responsible for the consignee.
    3.Details of the packaging: We will select appropriate pack size and reserve space to avoid your products being squeezed or damaged when transiting, and it won't affect the delivery charge.
    4.US$ depends on foreign exchange rate.

    We use DHL for deliveries to Australia. Kindly refer to the "full list of Remote Areas" here.

  • You can track your orders by signing in to the “Member Center” to view your current orders. Order status explanation:
    1.Processing:Your order is complete; the payment is successful, and our logistics crews are checking the order.
    2.Packing:Our logistics crews are conducting the shipping procedures.
    3.Dispatching:Your parcel is ready for shipping.
    4.Have not paid by credit card:Your order is not completed.
    5.Have not paid by credit card - order canceled:If you did not complete your transaction successfully within 30 minutes, your order will be canceled automatically.
    6.Shipped already:Your parcel has left our warehouse to worldwide express. Please refer to worldwide express website for the order status.
  • We will send a "Shipment Notification" via email with a tracking number after your package has been delivered to worldwide express.
  • Please check the order status on SF Express for Hong Kong, Singapore Malaysia and Thailand. For other countries, please check the order status on YCS Express. If your shipment status on YCS Express is “Transfer”, it means your package is commissioned and sends by the area distributor (CITY-LINK Express). Please use another tracking number after the transfer place to track the shipment status on CITY-LINK Express.
  • If the button on product page shows anti-gray color, it represents the color or size of the product is out of stock.
  • Step1:Please tap the anti-gray button on color section or size section, it will show “Notice of Arrival”. It represents that you can join this item to your ”Notice of Arrival” list.
  • Step2:After clicking ”Notice of Arrival”, it will appear bounce window. It represents you already add the product to your “Notice of Arrival” successfully.
  • Step3:When you sign in next time, it will pop up a window if your product which your request is arrival. Please click “NOTICE OF ARRIVAL” to check it.
  • Step4:You can click “ADD TO BAG” on “NOTICE OF ARRIVAL” page, and then turn to cart to checkout. ※NOTICE:It's just for reminder; please consider we can not keep the products for you.
  • Due to the high shipping fee and the complicated procedures of international delivery, we can not change any shipping information for you after you place your order. (Including recipient address, recipient name and any order data.) ※NOTE HERE! If your shipment address is incorrect…
    1.Before packing, we will cancel this order, please re-order.
    2.After packing, we will interrupt and cancel delivery. You will be charged related back and forth shipping fee then we will credit back to your original order balance.
    3.After the shipment, and the address changing is not accepted. You will be charged with related back and forth shipping fee then we will credit back your original order . Please confirm your order carefully and make sure your shipping address is correct. Thanks for your understanding.
    4.Once you place the order, please understand that we cannot change, add product, and combine two orders. Even change prices, or deduct cash rebate...etc is not available. So, please reassure the order details, sizes, quantity, checkout price, and shipping information are all correct.
  • If we can not contact you base on your shipping information, and the parcel can not be delivered successfully, we will cancel your entire order and notify you by e-mail. You will be charged with related back and forth shipping fee then we will credit back to your original order balance.
  • As a feedback to our members, OB design provides Cash Rebate for the particular circumstances or specific marketing promo. Members who are eligible for the requirements of the promo can obtain the Cash Rebate. It can be used for the next order to deduct the amount.
  • To check your Cash Rebate information: Go to OB design Originals > Member Center > My Orders. You can see the dates and details of payments within three months.
  • The method of using Cash Rebate: The system will automatically deduct the nearest priority deadline of Cash Rebate. Cash Rebate can only deduct the price of products, but excluding shipping fee.
  • You can use more than one of Cash Rebate at once, $ 1 Cash Rebate can deduct $ 1 of products. Due to different promo rules, the expiration date can be different; please go to the Member Center to check for the expiration date.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Our system will automatically assign the Cash Rebate to your order. The Cash Rebate is non-refundable. Once the Cash Rebate has been used, and the order is completed, then if the order has been canceled, the refund will be only base on the actual paying amount.
  • If the credit card payment is not successful due to the banking system problem, the Cash Rebate will return to your account automatically after 30 minutes.
  • The calculation of the Cash Rebate's effective date starts from 00:00AM of the day, and the Cash Rebate will only be deducted after the order is complete. Cash Rebate in the shopping cart will still expire if you did not place the order. We suggest you to use the Cash Rebate as soon as possible before the expiration date.
  • OB design Originals reserves the right to change, modify or suspend the rule of using Cash Rebate.
  • Discount coupon will be given to OB design Originals members irregularly. The coupon will directly assign to your member center, and it can be used for particular item or category.
  • To check your Discount Coupon information: Go to OB design Originals > Member Center > Discount Coupon. You can see the dates and details of coupons within three months.
  • Discount coupon cannot deduct the shipping fee
  • One item can only use one discount coupon. To check expire date please go to OB design Originals > Member Center > Discount Coupon.
  • The discount coupon is non-refundable when it has been used, and the order is completed. If the order has been canceled, the refund will be only base on the actual paying amount.
  • If the credit card payment is not successful due to the banking system problem, the discount coupon will be returned to your account automatically after 30 minutes.
  • Discount coupon will only be deducted after the order is complete. It will expire if you did not place the order before the expire day when in the shopping cart. We suggest you to use the discount coupon as soon as possible before the expiration date.
  • OB design Originals reserves the right to change, modify or suspend the rule of using discount coupon.
    ※ Noted: When the total shopping amount deducts to NTD$0, the discount coupon will stop deducting.
  • 1.Click the BAG icon to move to the shopping cart page. When your order is over US$16.5 (excluding postage), you'll see special offers that you can buy the items at exclusive price.
    Taking shopping total amount reach to US$16.5 (excluding postage) for example:
    Miss A’s shopping total amount is US$11.5 and postage is US$5, so her actual total amount is US$16.5. Because of the shopping total amount is not reach the standard, Miss A can’t purchase the additional items we offer with Additional Purchase Price. Miss B’s shopping total amount is US$17, postage is US$5, so her actual total amount is US$22. Because of the shopping total amount has reached the standard, Miss B can purchase the additional items we offer with Additional Purchase Price.
    2.If your order is under US$16.5 (excluding postage), then you are unable to see special offers on the shopping cart page.
    3.The cash rebate is not available for the special offer items. Since the cash rebate is not calculated on the shopping cart page. If your order is just US$16.5 and your account also has some cash rebate, the special offer items you add will be removed from the bag on next page.
  • Additional Purchase Price/Item cannot be deducted by Cash Rebates.
  • Please refer to the following examples:
  • Example A:
    The total amount of products is US$30, additional purchase price is US$3, the postage is US$5, so the actual payment amount is US$38.
  • Example B:
    After deducting the Cash rebate US$9, the amount of each commodity is US$7, so the total amount of products is US$15. The actual total amount is calculated as follow: total amount of products US$21+additional purchase price US$3+ postage US$5= US$29.
  • Example C:
    After deducting the Cash Rebates US$30, the amount of each commodity is US$0, so the total amount of products is US$0. The actual total amount is calculated as follow: total amount of products US$0+additional purchase price US$3+ postage US$5= US$8.
  • Example D:
    After deducting Cash Rebates US$40, the amount of each commodity is US$0, so the total amount of products is US$0. The actual total amount is calculated as follow: total amount of products US$0+additional purchase price US$3+ postage US$5= US$8.
    ※The Cash Rebate won't deduct the amount after the total amount reaches US$0, the extra Cash Rebates will not be returned.
  • We will attach the list of product details you purchased in the parcel for you to check.
  • We are not able to send invoice to you due to the regulation for Business Tax in Taiwan.(Business Tax regulation: invoice for exports or foreign buyers are restricted).
  • Due to the high shipping fee and complicated procedures of international delivery, we do not provide return service, please confirm your order carefully.
  • It's not acceptable if you return the parcel by yourself. You will be charged with related back and forth shipping fee.
  • The following cases are the acceptable range of international quality control standard; they do not belong to defects such as thread, buttonhole not open, slightly off-line, small stain, size 1 ~ 2cm error, screen color, wrinkle clothing
    ※IMPORTANT NOTE: If a parcel failed to get delivered due to incorrect shipping address and inability to reach the recipient for more than 15 days, the parcel will be treated as abandoned mail or get returned to the wholesale members. No refund will be made. To ensure a successful delivery, please double check your information when placing an order and watch out for incoming calls and mails.
  • Cancel Order: If you use credit card to checkout, your payment will be refunded after 7-10 working days (excluding holidays) after receiving your canceling requirement. Please pay attention to your current or next credit card bill. Please note! If you cancel orders by yourself, we won't notify you by e-mail.
  • Out of Stock: If there are more than one item in your order that is not available (out of stock), we will notify you by e-mail and cancel the entire order. Your payment will be refunded after 7-10 working days (excluding holidays). Please pay attention to your current or next bill of credit card.
